I'm sure that yellow brief is meant to be underpants, BUT it would be great swimwear. Even dry one can tell that you're circumcised with the outline of your lovely gland showing thru. These are called manties. They are designed for men and hold everything in, and nothing slips out the sides. I bought a bunch of them because I am a chef and kitchens are very hot in the summer. These are the perfect underwear for me in the summer at work!
I am not sure if I would be welcome by most people at a public pool though. Maybe on men’s night!
