What was rejected ? the guiche or the pubic piercing ? the guiche placement looks fine . My piercer always use captive rings . he uses 11/16 th ten gage rings to start . the bigger ring has a little more meat so it does not pull out .He told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks for it to settle down . he changed it to a 5 /8th ring at six weeks . Just that small reduction in the ring size made a huge difference in comfort. I am going to get a second one in a few weeks . You might have less discomfort with a straight bar as a pubic piercing. Friends have told me that they have had problems with rings and curved bars there . Too much rubbing on clothes at that point . Both look great please keep trying !!!
