A couple years ago, my wife told me she learned a recently widowed friend is bisexual. He told her that he had started dating and he was dating a few men as well as women! She seemed to approve of his bisexuality. So, in a moment of spontaneity, I told her I’m bisexual, too. I told her I had been secretly getting together with another married guy for almost 20 years. Of course, she was taken aback, but she said she was not entirely surprised. I seemed completely comfortable when we’ve attended a gay friend’s happy hours.

She said she didn’t mind me getting together with another man once in a while. Women enjoy sucking penises; why I shouldn’t men enjoy doing it. To lighten our conversation, she asked did I think our friend and I might get together some time. I responded that it was possible.

Soon enough, that possibility turned into a reality. With my wife’s knowledge and approval, instead of just being close friends, we're "friends with benefits" now!
